Stress

Assalamualaikum

All people will be faced with stress.It does not matter in terms of stress what so ever, such as stress is a student,employee or become a housewife.

As student,many of them stress of having to complete various a lot of project and assignment.Similarly,for an employee.They also stress of having to bear the burden of an enormous amount of work.Even housewives who are always sitting at home are not left to feel the stress.

Have you ever wondered what the best way to prevent yourself from the shackless of stress?

One of the best way to prevent yourself from stress is exercise because when we exercise we will be able to forget some of the problems and pressure.In addition to nourishing the body can also make the brain work one becomes more active and alert.

The second way to relieve stress on yourself is walk while the open air.Activities such as this would make a person feel very comfortable and peaceful with no pressure

By doing a favourite activity can also prevent one from experiencing the stress for the example, going to window shopping,watching movies or chatting with friends.When a person can do something useful they are to feel free and comportable without the stress
